Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros. Bagels are debuting their newest coffee and bagels concept in Scottsdale and Gilbert, opening their doors at 5 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28. And we will be there!!!! The new locations will feature the perfect pairing of Caribou Coffee’s specialty coffee and handcrafted beverages with Einstein Bros. fresh-baked bagels and schmear.

Additionally, to give back, Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros. Bagels is donating 50 free bagels and cups of coffee to Family Promise of Greater Phoenix, which provides families with the tools and training to care for their children, find employment and housing, and become independent. Customers can make an even bigger impact — for every coffee and bagel sold on opening day, Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros. Bagels will donate an additional coffee and bagel to Family Promise of Greater Phoenix.

The new locations will feature both brands’ aesthetics– as well as new design elements that portray their neighborly, quirky and optimistic brand equities. The Scottsdale and Gilbert Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurants are inviting local area residents to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28.

Both Caribou and Einstein Bros. Bagels fan favorites will be on the combined menu, such as Caribou’s Caramel High Rise and Einstein Bros. wide variety of fresh-baked flavors. Different limited-time offerings will complement each other, like Caribou’s Pumpkin Chai Latte and Einstein Bros. pumpkin bagel and shmear.

The Scottsdale Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels is located at 10250 N 90^th St., Scottsdale, AZ 85258 and the Gilbert Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels is located at 1447 E Williams Field Rd., Pad C, Gilbert, AZ 85295. Both locations are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
